Delivery Information for Alloy Paints
We use FASTWAY, DHL, UPS and PARCELFORCE couriers for our deliverys, which courier depends on your location.
This is a Tracked/Signed for service, 99% of the country is on a next day service.
Free delivery over £150 (Pre vat), sadly unable to do this for the Channel Islands/Northern Ireland and Eire. For these locations please select the Northern Ireland postage option.
You are automatically sent an email to let you know the item is on its way. If the item does not arrive within 72 working hours please contact us and we will check the tracking number and chase the package for you.
Also a contact phone number helps a lot, it gives the courier a means of contacting you regarding delivery if you are not in, or your address is hard to find.
The team at Alloypaints.com believes in doing their bit for the planet so we will, if possible recycle packaging, reusing boxes that the product is delivered to us in, to resend out to you, the customer.
